What is collected
When you submit the inquiry form this site records the name, phone number, email address, location and notes you provide, together with the page you submitted from, the referring page, your IP address and browser user-agent, and any figures you entered into the savings calculator.
Why
To pass your inquiry to an independent licensed contractor serving your area so they can respond, and to keep a record that the inquiry was received and delivered.
Who it is shared with
Your inquiry is shared with one independent licensed contractor serving your area. Contact details are also stored in a third-party email platform (MailerLite) used to send you the figures in writing if you supplied an email address. Your details are not sold, and are not distributed to a panel of bidders.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and which pages lead to inquiries. These set cookies and record page views and clicks. They are not used to identify you personally.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are retained while they remain commercially relevant. To have your details removed, or to ask what is held, email quotes@jasperpropaneconversion.com and say so — no explanation needed.
